Direct Billing

We are pleased to offer direct billing to most major health insurance companies including Pacific Blue Cross, Medavie Blue Cross (CAF/RCMP/Veterans Affairs), Sunlife, CanadaLife (Formerly GreatWestLife), Manulife, Greenshield, Johnson Inc., Chamber of Commerce, and many others!

Due to privacy protection, we do not get insight into details about your individual plan's coverage, so it's best to reach out to your insurance provider directly for further clarification on deductible amounts, co-pay requirements and yearly limits.

At this time Heather Giasson, R.Ac can accommodate ICBC/MVA patients for Acupuncture. Heather does not accept WorkSafe claims. If you have any questions about acupuncture for open ICBC claims, please email heather@heathergiassonacupuncture.com

Please note: we are not able to direct bill to ICBC and WCB (WorkSafe) for massage therapy. Additionally if you have an open ICBC or WorkSafe claim, during that period you may not direct bill to your extended health benefits until the claim has been closed. Please reach out to your adjuster for more information.

Registered  Kinesiology and Pneumatic Pump Compression Therapy is not eligible for direct billing, but depending on your extended health insurer, may be eligile for reimbursement.
